PhotosForChange offers free portrait services to individuals and families who do not have access and can’t afford professional photography. Our dedicated and experienced volunteers provide these services, ensuring that everyone can have beautiful, high-quality portraits. By organizing and training volunteers, we create a compassionate and respectful environment during photo sessions. Our goal is to give our clients a cherished form of memories and help them feel valued and celebrated through the gift of photography.

To reach people in need and amplify the impact of our work, PhotosForChange pairs volunteer photographers, including young and early career aspiring photographers from underrepresented backgrounds, with other nonprofits to offer portrait and other documentary photography services. Following ethical photography guidelines and with the consent of photographed individuals, partner nonprofits are then able to supercharge their fundraising efforts and advocacy initiatives through powerful imagery and stories of the people they help. This collaboration not only enhances the visibility of important causes but also provides young photographers with meaningful opportunities to contribute to social change.
